News

Glasgow Science Centre and The Claypits projects have both been nominated for Scottish Design Awards. Both projects are recognised under the MASTER PLANNING/LANDSCAPING: PUBLIC REALM/LANDSCAPING section of the awards, and we are delighted to have worked on these great projects alongside other stakeholders.

The Claypits

The Claypits project included our longest slide in the UK as part of the fantastic work of the LUC and Scottish Canals teams to add play elements throughout the Local Nature Reserve and offer opportunities for children and adults to engage with natural materials and play in one place.

Glasgow Science Centre (GSC)

The external area at Glasgow Science Centre was opened in line with COP26. It was built to offer sustainable experiences for pedestrians, cyclists and visitors, promoting sensory play and experiences as outdoor exhibits.
